Shipping charges are extra.
No logos or non contrasting "invisible" logos (same or similar colored logos that are difficult to see) cost an additional $30 per logo on each item.
Customer is responsible for any extra duties, taxes, etc.
Closeout items, used items, and factory seconds are sold as-is with no warranty.
We accept money orders, paypal, and credit cards. Credit card payments can be made by calling (260) 482-2116

REPAIRS:
The same labor rates apply on all types of gear and they change by the complexity of the job. The vaule of your gear has no effect on the labor rate. Please be aware that non pro level gear has no warranty on repairs or modifications due to the lesser quality of materials used in the original product. We try to ballpark as many jobs as possible through pictures sent in email but some repairs can not be quoted until seen in person. At certain peak times of the year we may not be able to accomodate your repair requests in a timely manner so please email us for a wait time before sending your gear in if it's your only set!

PAYMENT POLICY
Any order over $150 must have a 50% down payment to start work.
All new equipment and accessory orders must be paid in full or have a down payment of 50% (if over $150) before work begins.
All custom order items and materials that are ordered in special must be paid for in full up front. Examples include jenpro, straps, buckles, nylon, etc.
When submitting payment please make sure your billing address is correct, we can only ship to the verified address associated with the card or paypal account!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cancelled before production has started may have their deposit returned if no specialty items were ordered for you.
Any orders cancelled after work has begun will forfiet their down payment.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for any reason due to the custom nature of the products. Please ask all questions about an item before placing an order.
Please make sure you follow the directions for fitting the equipment, and be aware that large thighrises may hinder mobility. Please choose what you do with care. We are not responsible for the modified portion of equipment that you want changed because it didn't work for you or just "doesn't feel right"

We will gladly repair or replace any equipment that does not meet our standards of craftmanship within 30 days of receiving it.
